In an open-concept floor-plan, using a bold pattern on the kitchen floor is a smart way to define the space and add visual interest. Of course, you have to be judicious with your other design choices, making sure the tile is an enhancement, not overkill. When prospective buyers view the property online, these exciting elements spark joy and drive appointments. The more views and appointments you can book quickly, the more you drive demand. And the more demand you have, the more likely you are to get multiple offers over asking, with deal sweeteners like waived appraisals and inspections!
